3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documents
• Make timely payment of professional fees as agreed
• Review all filings and computations shared before submission
• Comply with all applicable laws independently

4. Professional Fees

Fees for consultation, workshops, or filing services are communicated upfront. Engagement is confirmed only on receipt of agreed fees. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee any specific refund amount, tax savings, or outcome. Refunds, demands, or notices depend on processing by the Income Tax Department and on the accuracy of information provided by the taxpayer.

6. Lawful Practice Only

We strictly do not engage in or support fictitious deductions, false claims, fabricated documents, or any practice prohibited under the Income Tax Act, 1961 or professional ethics. Any request for such practice will be declined and the engagement may be terminated without refund.
